Monthly Renters

·       $300.00 security deposit (must be paid via check prior to the 1st day of kitchen use). Refundable up to 30 days post departure of facility if a written 30 day notice is provided when renter is no longer needing the kitchen, at the expiration of contract term and/or no outstanding balance is due to LMK. LMK is required to notify the health department when a renter’s contract has expired or been terminated by either party.

·       $25.00 per hour for monthly bakers and culinary renters

·       $22.00 per hour for monthly prep area businesses only (non-equipment users)

·       20 hour a month minimum rental required

·       Kitchen rental time is 1st come, 1st served

·       This includes dry storage space and minimal fridge space (if available)

·       Cleaning fee of $100.00 an hour rounded to the whole hour will occur for each valid compliant by another renter. Valid complaints are reviewed by management.

Hourly Renters

·       $28.00 per hour for hourly bakers and culinary renters

·       $25.00 per hour for hourly prep area businesses only (non-equipment users)

·       4-hour minimum time rental applies

·       Kitchen rental time is 1st come, 1st served

·       Cleaning fee of $100.00 an hour rounded to the whole hour will occur for each valid compliant by another renter. Valid complaints are reviewed by management.

Mobile Units

A yearly rate of $600.00 is to be prepaid via check for food trailers to have LMK complete commissary kitchen paperwork ONLY. If you need to pay the fee via credit card or debit card, a 4% process fee will be added. We DO NOT provide fresh water tank fill-up, grey water dumping, grease dumping or trash disposal. You must find other sources for these services. This permit MUST be renewed every calendar year with LMK and Williamson County and Cities Health District (WCCHD).
